Room for your whole group
Frosty's Food Court seats up to 250 and sits steps from the bus drop-off, so your group arrives, eats, and heads out onto the grounds together — no splitting up to find space.
One price, no surprises
Admission, dinner, and grounds access are quoted as a single per-student rate when you book, so your budget is set before the bus ever leaves the parking lot. Chaperones ride free.
A point person for the night
Your group is met on arrival and handed off to a Big Rock Creek staff member who knows your headcount, your timing, and where your bus needs to be parked.

Here's what a typical visit looks like end to end. Times shift slightly by school and distance, but this is the shape we build every trip around.
Buses arrive & unload
Buses pull in and your group offloads ahead of the 5:00 PM opening. Meal tickets, drink tickets, and admission passes are handed out while everyone's still gathered at the buses.
First through the gate
Your group is first onto the grounds at opening, with a head start on the light trail and the walk around the lake before the crowds arrive.
Eat, explore, hang out
From here it's at their own pace — the food court whenever they're hungry, the lights and the lake, the sledding hill and train rides, and time to just be together as a class.
Back on the bus
Your group reboards and heads for home.
Arrival back at school
Arrival time depends on how far your school is from Big Rock Creek. Either way, kids are home and in bed between 9 and 10 — a full night out with their classmates, without a late school night.
This is a sample night, not a fixed script — chaperone ratios, arrival time, and pickup logistics are all confirmed with your group leader before the date is set.
